A little girl takes her younger brother to the amusement park. "What I want is the ghost train", he says. And the ride starts: the skeleton, the monster with the big mouth, the obscurity then the loopings, everything is there! We embark on a long travelling through the double pages, with a perfect sense of rhythm and sound effects. "Hi hi, so you're afraid?” - "Not really". Upon arrival, the expression of delight on the little boy's face is simply irresistible. Admirably composed, without any extra word, joyful and energetic from one end to the other: Adrien Albert is unmistakably good for children!
