The author presents himself in the book as a man, who loves Slovakia, and who loves the life as well. Kindness and love may be seen in his short stories, legends. Humour, good mood, and joy come from his poems as well. In an anthology of poems and stories for children, the vivid prosaic texts (fables, legends, fairy tales, short stories) may appear more attractive to read. Due to the adequate range and plain style, they can be useful particularly for educating the beginning readers. The book was awarded The Most Beautiful Children's Book and The Best Children's Book of the Winter 2015.
