Adam a čarovná šmykľavka

The main protagonist is Adam, who feels lonely in the garden of their house. His mom takes care of little twins, so he has nobody to play with. However, an invisible bird Carol the Chirrup starts talking to him and shows him a magical slide. This slide can take them to any place they can think of. So they experience together trips full of adventure. The author plays with fantasy, which reflects emotionality. The bird embodies a friend to Adam, because Adam was missing one, until he has found a real one. Furthermore, he helps him to accept the fact, that after his sisters were born, he is left more on his own. The book was awarded The Most Beautiful Children's Book of the Autumn 2015.
