Τριγωνοψαρούλη, μην εμπιστεύεσαι ποτέ αχινό!

A study showing that racist opinions in young people start within organized sports clubs, was the reason why Vangelis Iliopoulos - one of the most popular and translated Greek children’s and youth literature writers - decided to deal with the issue of racism. And, moreover, to associate it – timely enough – with football. Or, better yet, “fishball”! The new adventure of the famous, yet unconventional ”Little Triangle-fish” with the title “Little Triangle-fish, NEVER trust… a sea urchin!” is about a final “fishball” match which seeks to remind children that they all have the right to participate in games and friendships and that they can all together say NO to any exclusion, injustice, intimidation. The issue of acceptance is not something new to “Little Triangle Fish”, who, throughout all these past 15 years, has conquered the hearts of both children and adults, with his subversive stories that praise diversity and convey messages of friendship, love and fraternity. Books from The Little Triangle-fish series have been translated to Chinese and Korean.
