One morning, the Elf Celestín found out that his mom, dad and the rest of his relatives had left. He was sad for a while, but then chose to look for them with his friends the Moth and the Spider. During a seven-day journey through the mysterious cellar, he survived thrilling, merry, and even fatal, dangerous adventures. The author points to the fact that it is not important, what origin the hero has or in which environment he lives. What matters is what he will do with his life. The book reveals the moment when the child hero becomes an adult. The journey to liberate his parents has demonstrated Celestínʹs maturity, wisdom and courage and shown his character, allowing him to perform acts worthy of an adult. The book was awarded The Most Beautiful and Best Children's Book of Summer 2011 and the BIBIANA Award for the Best Children's Book in the Most Beautiful Book of Slovakia 2011 competition.
