The book is full of humour, lightness and optimism. The stories are told directly, they are "living" stories, not only for children, but also for adults, and thus they help to see the world through the eyes of children and often present themselves. The book bears the title according to the winning short story "How to raise a brother" that received The Child Award 2012. The book won the award as The Most Beautiful Children's Book of the Spring 2012.
