It is an intimate story, divided into several sections. The text has a poetic tone, and there are many metaphors. The story itself is very metaphorical, as it is also an inward journey through the world: a journey of fears, obstacles, feelings, a journey to go back to childhood. Lur has problems in school and in life. He is twelve, and in the words of his teacher he is always in the clouds. His parents want him to get down from the clouds, and since the boy cannot go down alone, they decide to take him on a special trip around the world: Paris, New York, Kathmandu and Cairo. In the meantime he will be attending a special school, a virtual school on the net. There he meets Kleo, a sick girl in the hospital who will be the first "virtual" romance. He will meets Kevin too, a boy traveling in a van across Spain.
