This book plays with words. It will give us explanations about 101 animals, but not only that: a palindrome, a bestiary, a dictionary with images to play with language. Although it takes the form of a dictionary, it is a bestiary, it unites words and beasts. But it also works as an alphabet because we can find letters in the shapes of each beast; in each letter live hidden foxes, crickets, alligators, frogs...
In any case, the most beautiful and least worked game in Basque is that of the palindrome. Read from left to right or the other way round, each animal has the same words: `asto hotsa ', `ele bele ́, `aker oreka ́, `alegia igela ́, `apo zopa ́, `karramarro horra marrak ́, `zezenez ez ́. The book plays constantly with the palindrome, both in these words with palindromes and in the number of animals (101). This is an illustrated book-dictionary-bestiary-palindrome to play with the language and enjoy the richness of the Basque language, unique in its field and to be sincerely protected.
